The official language of the Conference is English.
The registration desk will be staffed throughout the official Conference hours. Participants will receive their Seminar Pack at the registration desk in the Seminar’s venue.
Upon full payment of the appropriate fee, participants will receive confirmation of their registration and accommodation.
The Organization Committee cannot assume liability for any changes in the program due to external or unforeseen circumstances. The updated information should be followed from the seminar’s web page.
By registering for the seminar, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the school’s secretariat assume any responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property during the seminar. Participants are advised to organize their own health, travel and personal insurance.
The Greek currency is the Euro. Banks are open Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 2:00 pm. They are closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Thessaloniki’s airport is called Makedonia airport (SKG). Thessaloniki Airport is the second biggest airport in Greece, located 14 km of the city center and serves 3.5 million passengers per year. Airlines connecting the city with many European and non European airports are Olympic, Aegean, Cyprus, Alitalia, Austrian, Turkish, British, Air Berlin, Ryan air and Easy Jet connect from several European airports too.
Bus nr 78 to Thessaloniki runs every 45 minutes. Single fare: €0,80. Duration: 35 minutes.
Taxi fare from the airport to the city center is approximately 15 - 20 €.
