Agnieszka Nowosielska, MD, PHD

Agnieszka Nowosielska is a cataract and vitreo-retinal surgeon.
I have been practicing ophthalmology for 25 years and recently in my private practice Warsaw Eye Hospital in Warsaw,Poland.

She is one of the first ophthalmologists in Poland to introduce anty-VEGF treatment with bevacizumab in 2006.
She completed fellowship training in Moorfileds Eye Hospital UK and Wills Eye Hospital in USA. Had had “hands on” training on cataract surgery with prof. Ahbay Vasavada in India and learnt vitrectomy in Bremen with prof. Klaus Lucke.

Her field of interest is diabetic retinopathy and macular disorders.
She has been principal investigator in numerous clinical trials case II and III which resulted launching new drugs on market.
She is an author on international presentations and publications.
